About Me

I'm Dallas Fuentes, an AfroBoomer, a gerontologist, transition, transformation and life design coach. I conduct life reviews, design transitioning strategies and create life plans, facilitate workshops and masterminds for older adults. I host The AfroBoomer’s Salon podcast, which is a gathering of esteemed elders envisioning the 100 year life.

Middle-age, like adolescence, is characterized by change, upheaval and disruption. It’s the perfect time to pivot. As your coach, I empower you to navigate the challenges that midlife brings . Through a series of thoughtful conversations designed for you to arrive at creative solutions that address your concerns, we explore scenarios, forecast and envision your best life. You will age well, flourish, self-actualize and live better longer as a result.
